Our aerospace manufacturing capabilities are supported by our AS9100D:2016 certified quality management system, with a strong emphasis on precision, process control, traceability, and consistent quality.
Our manufacturing operations are complemented by an established network of NADCAP-accredited, AS9100-certified, and OEM-approved special-process suppliers in India and international markets such as UK, USA and Germany. This network supports processes including NDT, passivation, heat treatment, anodising, shot peening, chromic acid anodising, aluminium chromate conversion coating, and chrome plating, depending on specific component and customer requirements.
San Aerospace also maintains its global sourcing network for aerospace raw materials, working with approved mills located across Europe, USA, Brazil, UK, and Taiwan, along with established distributors in India, Europe, and USA.
This integrated manufacturing and supply-chain approach enables us to support on time delivery and quality performance.
